Sound baths can reduce stress, improve sleep, boost mood, and enhance clarity. They can also promote deep relaxation and assist in balancing the body’s energy. The sound vibrations quickly drop you into rest & digest state, allowing for meditative experiences.
Details:
Event starts at 7pm and runs until 8:30pm. Doors open at 6:30. It is ideal to arrive before the start time to secure your spot and get comfortable.
Location: Fellowship Hall in St. Matthew's Church at 54 Benton St Kitchener.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or cushion to lie on, and consider a pillow or eye mask for added comfort. Some people also bring water and a journal to note post-session reflections. You can also bring slippers as shoes will be left at the door. Whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the ground.
