With softly diffused essential oils and a calm, grounding atmosphere, this is a chance to step out of the rush and reconnect with yourself.
In each session, you can expect slow, longer-held postures, quiet space to settle the breath and nervous system, and a gentle thread of reflection woven through the practice.
This class is ideal if you’re feeling stiff or tense, want a more restorative style of yoga, or simply need time to slow down.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more balanced.
Complete beginners welcome. No experience needed.
