Nourishment & Rest Half Day Retreat, 2pm-5pm, £45
As part of her Deep Rest Series, Donna Rama returns to the Yoga Garden to deliver a half day immersion of nourishment and rest.
The focus will be honouring ways to rest completely on all levels. Mind, body and spirit. Reconnecting with your breath, your heart, your body and setting an intention for instilling nourishment for the year ahead. There will be gentle yoga movement, healing and meditative practices including journaling, restorative nidra, new year visualisation followed by tea and cake to finish.
Soft and nurturing. Restful and restorative. Bring your curiosity and willingness to look within. Leave refreshed and rested. Total nourishment.
