As part of our special day honouring Heather A. Lee’s book signing and our Women in Psychedelics event, we invite you to unwind, reset, and drop into deep relaxation with a 60-minute sound bath at Silva Wellness.
This immersive session offers a peaceful space to ground, restore, and connect with yourself through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic sound instruments. Whether you're joining us for the talks later in the day or simply seeking a moment of calm, this sound bath is the perfect way to soften into your afternoon.

What to Expect
What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are enveloped in healing vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant sounds. These frequencies work to shift brainwaves into a relaxed, meditative state, allowing the nervous system to calm and the body to enter a state of deep rest and rejuvenation. Sound healing helps release stress, reduce anxiety, balance energy, and promote emotional and physical well-being by harmonising the body's natural frequencies. As the sound waves wash over you, they encourage deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and a sense of profound inner peace. During this session you will relax in a comfortable lying position whilst being immersed in sound frequencies that create a peaceful, restorative environment. This experience will also include chakra cleansing and beautiful live singing. Come with an open mind and embrace any feelings as they arise.

What to bring? We will provide all of your blankets, pillows and eye masks so please bring a drink and journal (if you use one) and wear comfortable clothing.
Health and Safety: Sound baths are not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, those with epilepsy, or anyone who is particularly sensitive to sound. Sound baths are also not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy. Pregnant women attending past their first trimester must provide a note from their doctor approving their participation. If you have any concerns, please consult your GP before attending a session.
Ticket conditions: Please arrive before the start of the session, late arrivals will not be admitted. Unfortunately tickets are non-transferrable if you miss the event.
