This Winter Solstice Sound Bath invites you to slip out of the noise of the season and into a sanctuary of evergreens, warm glow, and gentle sound—where the darkness becomes a place of rest, reflection, and reawakening. As the wheel turns and the returning light begins its slow ascent, we gather to tend the inner flame that guides us forward.
What to Expect
Arrival & Open Circle
Settle into a softly lit space where we’ll open the circle with a grounding blessing and a brief introduction to the Solstice energy and the evening’s intention.
Introductions & Intention Setting
Meet your host and fellow participants before pausing to reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you hope to welcome in during the new season.
Release Ritual
You’ll be guided through a simple yet powerful written release ritual. (All slips are collected and respectfully burned after the session—no fire used during the event.)
Guided Meditation & Sound Bath
Sink into a deep meditative state as crystal singing bowls, drum, chimes, and layered tones carry you through a journey of inner illumination.
During the sound bath, you’ll be invited to visualize your inner light growing brighter and the intentions you wish to call in.
Integration & Reflection
Gently return to the space with time for journaling or quiet contemplation. Guests are welcome to share reflections or insights that arose.
Closing the Circle
We’ll end with a moment of gratitude as we seal the energy of renewal and welcome the returning light.
