Deep Rest, A Sound Bath Experience
Step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of deep relaxation and renewal.
Join us for a group sound bath, a meditative experience where soothing sounds and vibrations guide your body and mind into a state of rest. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, and chimes, this session is designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.
No prior experience is needed—simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Participants often report feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply relaxed after the session.
What to expect:
- Guided grounding to begin
- A full-body sound bath experience
- Time to rest, reset, and integrate
What to bring:
- Yoga mat or something to lie on
- Blanket and/or pillow for comfort
- Water bottle
