Join us for an immersive evening of deep relaxation, energetic renewal, and nervous system restoration through the healing combination of sound meditation and Reiki energy healing.
As summer begins to bloom around us, this month’s experience invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the stillness within yourself. In a world that constantly asks us to keep moving, this evening is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply receive.
During this deeply restorative sound bath experience, participants rest comfortably while soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments create a calming meditative soundscape. These frequencies help quiet the mind, relax the body, and support emotional release and energetic balance.
Throughout the session, Reiki practitioners Tina and Daniel Santana will gently offer Reiki energy healing to support relaxation, energetic alignment, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.
Together, sound healing and Reiki help guide the body into a state of deep rest, inner calm, and nervous system regulation.

Sound Healing will be provided by Jessiy Hawthorne, with Reiki offered by Tina and Daniel Santana.
No experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound healing is needed — simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
This experience is welcoming for both beginners and returning participants alike.
