Gentle Breathwork and Somatic practices to help you regulate your nervous system from chronic stress and find a state of ease and flow for the autumn season.
This seasonal workshop is designed to support your nervous system, release accumulated stress, and nourish your whole being as we transition into the quieter rhythms of fall.
Through gentle somatic practices, restorative yoga postures, soft breathwork, and sound healing, you’ll be guided into a state of deep calm and connection. We’ll also explore fall-aligned meridian work (inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine) to restore balance to the Lung and Large Intestine channel— supporting healthy boundaries, grief release, and the cultivation of clarity and inner spaciousness.
This two-hour experience is an invitation to:
-Regulate your nervous system and shift out of stress-mode
-Release stagnant energy and create space for what’s new
-Connect to the wisdom of your body through restorative postures
-Use breath and sound to ground, soften, and open
