Deep Rest Mini-Retreat is a three hour restorative workshop designed to reverse the effects of stress and restore your nervous system.The theme of this Deep Rest will be the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), which is the system responsible for rest, recovery, cell growth and tissue renewal.
We will focus on four powerful ways of stimulating the PNS, These four will be:
Softening the body’s muscle tone
Shaping the breath
Rhythmic movement
Grounding through the senses
