In-Person and OnlineTension in our bodies often occurs unconsciously and can arise from mental, emotional, and physical stressors in our lives. While not all tension causes pain, all tension does use energy and can eventually lead to fatigue and burnout.
Over this 4-week series you will be invited to slow down, move within your comfort, and be in relationship with yourself. By working with your nervous system through gentle movements and mindfulness practices you will begin to introduce new patterns of ease in your soma, deepen your experience of rest, and learn tools to take with you into your personal practice.
Classes are verbally guided and will be taught in reclined positions on the floor. Recorded replay with one week unlimited access will be sent to all students.
