Deep Rest — Full Moon Salt Cave Sound Bath & Reiki is a gentle evening designed to help you release emotional tension, quiet the mind, and settle your nervous system.
The full moon is often associated with completion, reflection, and letting go. Inside the calming salt cave environment, you’ll be guided through relaxation, sound healing, and Reiki energy support to soften what feels heavy and create space for rest.
Inside the tranquil salt cave space, you will be guided into relaxation before entering a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Reiki energy support.No experience is needed. Simply lie back, breathe, and allow the sound and vibration to support your body and mind.
Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and gently renewed.

Salt Cave Therapy (Halotherapy)
Salt therapy takes place in a Himalayan salt cave where mineral-rich salt particles are released into the air. In this session, JJ will guide you through a meditative journey using crystal singing bowls and Reiki energy healing:• Sound Bath helps shift brainwaves into deep relaxation, soothing anxiety and restoring emotional balance• Reiki Energy Healing gently clears energetic blockages, activates natural healing, and promotes a sense of wholeness• Guided Meditation enhances focus and helps anchor your intentions during this powerful celestial window

JJ Hu --Founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method, JJ is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, and mindfulness coach. With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.
She is the author of , host of the " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
