Your Guides
Emilio Codorniz is a sound therapist and holistic wellness practitioner based in the San Diego and Tijuana area. His work integrates sound healing, bodywork, and energy therapy, offering individual and group sessions that support stress relief, emotional release, and deep physical and energetic restoration.
Grecia Salamon is a Kundalini Yoga facilitator, sound healer, and founder of Atma Dharma Collective. She's dedicated to creating intentional spaces for healing, connection, and inner exploration through yoga, sound, cermeonies and community.
Come Cozy & Comfortable
We provide: yoga mats, blankets, and pillows. Please bring: a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an optional eye mask.
