This 60-minute immersive sound bath is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset your nervous system. Through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state—somewhere between meditation and sleep.
Whether you’ve had a long week, feel overstimulated, or simply want an hour to reconnect, this is a space to land.

No prior experience is needed. This session is open to all.
