The Sound Healing Center of Lexington
Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs, singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reflection, and restoration.
The evening begins with a brief grounding and a short guided meditation to help us arrive fully in the space and community. From there, Arin will weave an improvised sonic journey—an unfolding tapestry of sound that invites deep rest and awareness. As the vibrations fade, we’ll share a moment of silence to integrate the experience and honor the stillness within.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. We hold this space with quiet, stillness, and mutual respect, creating an inclusive and caring environment where each participant is free to simply be.
About Dr. Arin Levy (they/them)
Arin is a Denver-based percussionist, sound artist, and educator of Cuban-American heritage. As founder of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts, they tour nationwide, offering over 50 sound meditation events each year. Their work blends the rich textures of gongs, singing bowls, and meditative instruments into expansive sonic landscapes that inspire reflection and connection. Arin also directs The Resonance Room at Denver Percussion, a unique showroom and community hub for sound healing instruments and experiences.
Please Note: The Sound Healing Center of Lexington is located on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Whether performing or teaching, Arin’s work is guided by the belief that music—like laughter—can be the best medicine.
