About this Event
Deep Listening® combines a plethora of attentional practices like gentle movement, somatic awareness, sound making, dreaming, imagination work, and stretching our capacities for listening. This is communal work, play, and a space to be with what is present and what we are wishing for the future. No experience required.
Our practice will be an hour, followed by an electro-acoustic sound offering by Charlie (no crystal singing bowls will be played at this event).
Please bring a water bottle, journal and pen, wear comfortable clothing, and bring supports to rest on for our last 30 minutes (yoga mat, pillows, blankets, etc).
