About this Event
This is the second event of the Terrains series, gathering experimental moving image works that think through different ideas of landscapes, both concrete and metaphorical, resulting from a clash of nature and artifice.
A landscape cannot be reduced or mistaken for its natural aspect—which forms part of it but doesn’t constitute its entirety. Observing a landscape means parting with the biological-scientific approach of the environmental paradigm and applying a viewpoint that expresses the links between subject, culture and territory.
