Get ready to dive in deep to your dance practice - Pixie Fordtears is teaching TWO back-to-back workshops at Pieter Space in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 9, 2025! LA Raqs is proud to present this powerhouse of fusion belly dance at one of our favorite venues in town.
11:00am-12:15pm - Drills ($35 pre-register, $45 day of)
This exhilarating, non-stop class focuses on drills and combinations that will tune up your technique and tickle your brain! Master dynamics, layering, and get a good sweat!
12:30pm-2:30pm - Choreography ($45 pre-register, $55 day of)
Pixie presents a dynamic mini choreography slathered with gooey movement, crisp attacks, and delicious recoil. You will learn some of Pixie’s signature style from her cross training and how she integrates it into her dance, and will see how she hears music through movement! This choreography will be aimed for Intermediate, but beginners are more than welcome!
