Ready to explore your yoga practice more? Come learn with Lora Lantz, experienced yoga teacher and yoga therapist. With her 20 years of teaching, she will take a deep dive into the physical yoga poses as well as yoga philosophy and various practices.We'll begin with a philosophy talk on Santosha/Contentment followed with an Asana practice focused on Backbends. The practice will be interactive, slow paced with a focus on detailed alignment. It’ll be cozy, fun, and conversational as we connect the philosophy and various practices to the postures. We will utilize a variety of props: blocks, blankets, straps, chairs, and the wall. The slower pace and props will allow you to dive deeper into your own personal alignment and understanding of the poses.
Each participant will be set up at the wall with the following props: their mat, a chair, 2 blocks, a blanket, a strap, and a bolster. You’ll have the opportunity to explore poses in a new and potentially deeper way.
Be prepared for some “a-ha” moments, to feel your body in a new way, and have fun while doing it.
For those attending online, you will need the following props: access to a wall, yoga mat, 2 blocks, a strap, a yoga blanket or beach towel, and a bolster or large pillow.
