Deep Connection Workshop | For Introverts | Brighton
Many people who are thoughtful, sensitive or introverted want deeper connections but find social situations draining, confusing, or awkward.
This small group workshop creates a relaxed and supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath those experiences and learn new ways to connect with yourself and others.
Together we’ll explore the emotions that shape how we relate to people, what they’re trying to protect us from, and how understanding them can open the door to more authentic and comfortable connections.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about your emotional patterns and practical ways to engage with others that feel more natural and less stressful.

About your facilitator:
The workshop is led by Yve Bowen, a mindset coach and facilitator who specialises in helping people understand limiting beliefs and emotional patterns.
Her approach focuses on helping people develop insight and self-trust so they can find their own answers rather than being told what to do.
Clients have worked with her to navigate major life changes, improve relationships, and reconnect with activities and passions they had long put aside.
