Deep Breathing Workshop, Reservoir Recharge Wellness Weekend Series

Join us for a deep breathing workshop as part of the Recharge Wellness Series 2026 with the DC Reservoir District in partnership with the YMCA Anthony Bowen.

The session will demonstrate the biomechanics of breathing, the importance of diaphragmatic breathing and offer the chance to experience the benefits of extended exhalation for stress reduction.
