Welcome to Dedicated Dads!
Please join us on Wednesday 26th November at 6:00 PM for our monthly meet up where all Dads/Father figures are welcome. This month we will be discussing Movember, changing the face of Men’s Health.
What does taking care of your own mental health look/feel like in your home. Why is important to be aware of our own emotional wellbeing. How do you navigate tricky situations, communicate clearly with empathy. Do you have any strategies?
Our monthly meet ups support Dads/Father Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Dads/Father Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.
To celebrate Movember, guests have been invited and refreshments will be provided.
Please note your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.
Unfortunately, this event is for Dads only and we are unable to accommodate for children to attend.
Location: Hornchurch Fire Station RM11 1SH (When you arrive, please come to the side door near the library)
