Master the art of detailed decorative pies with Natalie Popkave of Bee & the Baker in this comprehensive 4-hour session. In this workshop you’ll craft your very own whipped chocolate ganache pie. You’ll learn the secrets to flaky pie dough, make a zesty and luscious filling, and design a custom top crust. Instead of traditional lattices, we’ll explore intricate scoring and cutting techniques to create delicate, edible scenes.
Bring sketches or ideas if you’d like—templates will be available, but creativity is encouraged. By the end, you’ll head home with your own showstopper pie to celebrate Pi Day, along with the skills and recipes to keep making pies that wow.
