Although this is not a calligraphy class and knowledge of calligraphy is not necessary, this workshop uses the foundational strokes of several calligraphy hands to design graceful abstract motifs. These designs will add a new component to your design library. Each participant will be able to make several cards using handmade paper from the WheatonArts Paper Studio as their surface.
Seats are limited and booked on a first-come, first-reserve basis. Besides an auto-generated email receipt, you will receive a confirmation email from the Director of Education and Artist Services, Pamela Weichmann. CANCELATION POLICY: Refunds are eligible up to one week before the beginning of the workshop. After this time, workshop fees are non-refundable. WheatonArts reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to minimum enrollment. If cancellation occurs, WheatonArts will refund all workshop fees. A $25 fee is charged to those who do not show up for their appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment; otherwise, it will be considered a no-show, except in the case of illness. Are you feeling unwell or showing symptoms of COVID-19?
