Embrace the elegance of Celtic manuscript art! In this workshop, you’ll learn to weave together graceful knots and craft intricate, stylized letters inspired by ancient illuminated texts.

From the flowing lines of Celtic knots to the mesmerizing detail of Insular script, you’ll gain hands-on experience in bringing these age-old techniques to life through pen, paint, and ink. A perfect class for history lovers, calligraphers, and artists alike!

WHO: This class is designed for adults and mature adolescents.

PREREQUISITE: Any calligraphy class, OR a strong art background.

WHERE: Online via Zoom.

(LIVE interactive online workshop, 12 students maximum)

RECORDINGS: Available for review for an extended period.

WHEN: This class includes 4 weekly lessons,

on Wednesdays, July 30 through August 20, 2025,

from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm Eastern Time.
