This is the first in a series of self-curated events designed to highlight the work of forward-thinking musicians and artists in a tactile environment, bringing unique acts to Birmingham and providing a creative, safe and accessible night for the city’s thriving arts community.Alongside a one-off headline set from Outlander, #001 features a selection of excellent bands from across the UK - the urgent, angular post-hardcore of resurgent local legends Total Luck, the ethereal post-rock/shoegaze crossover of Lemondaze, Shell's energetic punk/shoegaze and Haal’s unique blend of 90’s indie, first-wave post rock and abrasive electronics.
