$25 Registration - 20 dollars per player goes into the prize pool. 5 dollars per player goes to the venue to cover credit card and administration costs.

Prizing Examples
25 people = 500 cash prize pool
50 people = 1000 cash prize pool
64 people (cap) = 1280 cash prize pool Prize pool will be adjusted per player.
Tournament will be Swiss Pairings with Top Cut based on turnout with Top Cut playing out unless all agree to split.
