This is a 60-minute, coach-led reflection session for leaders and professionals who want space to think clearly about decision-making in a workplace already shaped by AI.

Rather than focusing on tools, ethics, or predictions, this session centers on human judgment and responsibility. Many people are being asked to make decisions with AI in the background, often without time to pause and consider how those decisions land on themselves or others. This session creates space to slow down and reflect on that reality.
