Join us for our monthly Women’s Circle at the Sacred Journey store!
Come close out 2025 with us! Our December Women’s Circle will focus on healthy Energetic Boundaries for the Holidays, which help us connect with loved ones from a place of calm.
We’ll close with a fun, spiritually-themed White Elephant gift exchange. Bring a small (new or used) gift from your spiritual practice to share.
Our intention with the Women's Circles is to create a space to build a like-minded community where you feel seen, supported, and inspired. Your presence is what makes these circles so awesome– join us!
Here is more information on the meditation practice: Suzanne will lead a guided meditation based on Jeffrey Allen’s energy medicine practice. We will tune you into your energetic field and then create a gentle barrier. We will practice energetic sovereignty, which means you get to decide what comes into your energy field. We will close with the permission rose- an energetic vortex placed at the front of your field to absorb external energy. This is a beautiful practice that encourages you to embody your energy while allowing others to be themselves. There is a choice in the energy you take in.
