Restorative yoga is a practice designed to help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. This practice is a conscious relaxation with the use of props to support the body.
A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that ‘bathes’ people.
