Join Alana & Christine for Flying Nidra & Sound. Yoga Nidra is known as "yogic sleep", a guided practice following specific steps to bring you into a deep state of conscious awareness. You'll be guided through creating an intention, finding breath within the body, a full body scan and observing feelings and thoughts. Participants will be fully supported by the aerial yoga swing above their mats. Throughout this experience, the room will be filled with the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum and native american flute to enhance your state of bliss. Dress comfortably, in loose fitting clothes without buttons, snaps or zippers. You can even wear your pajamas if you'd like! Bring an eye pillow to enhance your practice, it is highly recommended!Space for this event is limited so advance registration is required.
