Dr. Hampton-Farmer is a speaker, consultant, executive coach, and author who helps leaders and teams elevate their performance, culture, and impact through strategic communication. Her work empowers professionals to speak up for great ideas, give constructive feedback, and make better decisions together.
She has led workshops and coaching for Fortune 500 companies, local governments, nonprofits, and community leaders. In Fort Wayne, she also serves on the board of the DREAM Center and recently completed the 2024 AVOW Women’s Campaign Institute.
