December 4th It's In Your Head Breathwork @ Plant Mode

Join us for a live breathwork class in a beautiful setting at Plant Mode. Your breath affects the way you think and feel - we'll teach you proper breathing techniques that you can utilize in your daily life. We'll go through a breathwork practice to keep stress under control, rebalance your nervous system, and access calmness and clarity. Please bring a yoga mat, avoid eating a large meal within an hour before the class, and wear something comfortable. All sales are final so please make sure you can make the class before confirming.
