This Mother’s Day, treat the special women in your life to an elegant cake-decorating experience, guided by Pastry Chef Stella, alongside Executive Chef David.

Guests will be greeted with a glass of Champagne or a signature floral-infused mocktail. Signature cocktails and alcoholic beverages will be available for an additional fee.  

Masterclass in Cake Artistry – Under Chef Stella’s expert guidance, participants will craft their own mini luxury cakes, featuring:  

• Hand-piped buttercream florals  

• Delicate edible leaf accents  

• Elegant techniques  

Complimentary hotel Polaroid cameras will be available in the room so guests can take candid shots and bring instant memories home with them.  

Each participant will leave with:  

• Their beautifully decorated mini Flower BouqCake in a luxury branded box  

• A custom Ritz-Carlton apron  

• A hand-signed recipe card from Sous Chef Stella Wright
