Course DescriptionTHIS COURSE WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO PREPARE, PREVENT AND RESPOND TO AN EMERGENCY INVOLVING YOUR DOG.
This course is based on real-world examples with up-to-date information from across the globe, from various Veterinary and Working dog communities. This is not your average sub-standard pet/dog first aid course. We don't sugarcoat, fluff or bullshit with what we teach, we give you the hard facts. This is so you are more prepared for the "what if".

Free Human CPR COURSE
This course now incorporates human CPR training as standard! (HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation ).
Training and assessment for human first aid is delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909. This means that we run your Nationally Recognised training, and Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909 issues your certificate on successful completion of your course.

Prevention and Risk Management, Preparing for an Emergency, Basic Dog Anatomy, My Dog Has Been Hurt – What Do I Do? (DRsABCDE), Severe Bleeding - Tourniquet (TQ), Wound Packing, Partial / Full Amputations Severe Burns (including fire, chemical, bitumen etc.), Choking Penetrating Chest Wound. CPR – Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation. Embedded Objects – With or Without Exit Wound. Abdominal Injury. Crush Injuries. Hyperthermia / Hypothermia / Frost Bite Shock. Drowning/Near Drowning. Seizures. Snakes, Funnel Web Spiders, Blue Ringed Octopus and Cone Shell. Other Bites/Stings (e.g. Bees, Wasps, Spiders, Ants, Jelly Fish, Ticks) Cane Toads Allergic Reaction / Anaphylactic Shock Dental Problems. Poisoning (Baiting, ingested chemicals etc.) Strains and Sprains. Smoke Inhalation / Carbon Monoxide. Electrocution And so much more...
