DEBUT SUNRISE: FLOW & FEAST

Whether you’re a human pretzel or someone who hasn't touched their toes since 2012, this session is for you. Our instructor leads a dynamic, all-levels flow designed to:

• Shake off the "sleep fog" with gentle movement.
• Build gentle heat through accessible poses.
• Reset your nervous system so you start your week feeling centered, not scattered.

After the final Savasana, we transition from the mat to the table. No sad salads here! We are serving a traditional breakfast that honors the ritual of a shared meal.

• The Vibe: Relaxed, social, and warm. It’s a chance to connect with neighbors and friends over a steaming mug of something delicious.
