About this Event
The debate meeting will have two parts: the first part will be the club's annual AGM, and we also hope to have time for some short impromptu debates.
The second part will be a debate on the very current and contentious issue of puberty blockers in the treatment of trans people, in particular children who have yet to enter puberty or are still going through it. The NSH recently changed its policy following the Cass Review. Read more background HERE.
You can give your opinion during Floor Contributions if you want to.
The debate is held on the first floor of the Windsor Castle pub in Victoria, a gloriously beautiful Victorian pub with great food, drinks and reasonable prices. Make sure to give the code word: Debate Club!
