About this Event
The Death Café returns to the Heart of the City Festival with this year’s theme: Dignity and Community. Beginning after the performance of at Left of Main, the Café invites participants to share tea, snacks, and engage in open, respectful conversations about death and dying. Rooted in compassion and curiosity, the Death Café creates space for dialogue that is rarely found in daily life. Guided by photographer and filmmaker Tallulah and playwright Kevin Kerr, the gathering offers reflection, connection, and community. Attendance at the play and the Café are separate—audiences are welcome to come to either or both.
This event is free but donations to the Heart of the City Festival are welcome!
