About this Event

This event is a powerhouse combination of two different, yet complimentary, perpectives. A live streamed webinar hosted by Dr. Andrea Deerheart brings together elements of heart-centered exploration of mortality that culminates in clarity and presence. After a light lunch, the screening of a Canadian documentary brings it all together, showcasing experiences of those who work in palliative care and highlighting the grace that often surrounds those who are dying. We will discuss this question: what if death is an opportunity? What if it is not something to be avoided, but rather, a once-in-a-lifetime experience to learn from.
