About the Experience
This is a full-day guided journey of death and rebirth.
We will move through a deep, intentional process where you are invited to:
• release what no longer serves you
• meet deeper emotional and energetic layers
• reconnect with your life force and inner truth
• embody what is ready to emerge
The space is held through a combination of:
• ceremonial cacao
• shamanic elements (drum, ritual, intention)
• somatic and emotional release
• movement and life force activation
• partner and group-based processes
• integration and grounding
This is not a passive experience
you are invited to be present, engaged, and responsible for your own process.
🍲 Break
There will be a break during the day.
Please bring your own food and anything you need to nourish yourself.
We recommend something light and grounding.
What to Bring :
Please come prepared so you can feel fully supported throughout the journey:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A blanket and a pillow
• A water bottle
• A cup for cacao
• A journal and pen
Preparing these items is part of your arrival into the space.
Come in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and stay warm and relaxed throughout the day.
