Welcome everyone to Dealing with Attachment and practicing letting go workshop according to Buddhist philosophy.
This Workshop will be ONLINE and IN PERSON
In this workshopand lecture given by Lobsang Yeshema Buddhist practitioner, teacher and service in the Paramita Center.
Talking about "let it go" is so easy, however practicing it is not a piece of cake. We will describe the disadvantages of self-grasping and the advantages of meditation. We will look at various meditation and analytical techniques to cultivate a more virtuous attitude for our inner peace as well as happiness.
