Grief changes you.
Whether you’ve lost someone to overdose, suicide, illness, accident, or sudden tragedy — it stays with you. It shifts how you see the world. It can make you feel angry, numb, overwhelmed, or completely alone.
So many of us are carrying loss quietly.
This is a space where you don’t have to.
I’m hosting a small, virtual grief circle through TrustFall Therapy for 10 people who want to talk honestly about death, loss, and what it actually looks like to live with grief.
This isn’t a lecture.
It’s a real conversation.
We’ll talk about:
• The different ways grief shows up
• What’s helped (and what hasn’t)
• Complicated grief, anger, guilt, and numbness
• Coping tools that actually make sense
• How to keep living while carrying loss
You’re welcome to share your story — or just listen. There’s no pressure to speak.
I’m a Psychotherapist (RSSW) and founder of TrustFall Therapy, and I specialize in grief and trauma work. I’ll be guiding the discussion while holding space for open, grounded, and respectful conversation.
At TrustFall Therapy, we believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to fall apart — and supported enough to rebuild.
This group will be:
✔ Confidential
✔ Small and intentional (10 spots only)
✔ Supportive, not overwhelming
✔ A balance of professional guidance and human connection
If you’ve been carrying grief alone, this is your invitation not to.
To register, send me a direct message.
Spots are first come, first served.
