de Youngsters Day Out 2024
Saturday, May 4, 2024, 10 am - 4 pm
We invite you to attend the third annual de Youngsters Day Out on Saturday, May 4, 2024. This event is open to every Bay Area family and free of charge. The in-person, all-day event will include hands-on art-making activities, in-gallery conversations and entertainment led by teaching artists and community partners, collaborations with local contemporary artist, Timothy B., and live performances and music in Wilsey Court.

Kickoff Toast

Event supporters kick off the celebration with family-friendly fare provided by McCalls Catering & Events.

10 am-5:15 pm
Enjoy lively activities, inside and outside the museum, designed to spark curiosity through art, entertainment, and more. Tickets will be available on the FAMSF website on March 20.

Orange Level $500
($250 cost of goods and services \ $250 tax-deductible donation)
- Provides free access for 12 Bay Area families at de Youngsters Day Out
Pink Level $1,000

Yellow Level $2,500

Green Level $5,000
($800 cost of goods and services \ $4,200 tax-deductible donation )
- Provides free access for 100 Bay Area families at de Youngsters Day Out

Blue Level $10,000
($1,100 cost of goods and services \ $8,900 tax-deductible donation)
- Provides free access for 250 Bay Area families at de Youngsters Day Out
- An invitation for two other families to the de Youngsters Day Out Kickoff Toast
- Private gallery tour and studio activity led by a teaching artist for you and two other families**
- Inclusion in the Fine Arts magazine’s de Youngsters Day Out event coverage
Purple Level $25,000
($1,300 cost of goods and services \ $23,700 tax-deductible donation)
- Your choice of underwriting either 2 buses to transport de Youngsters and their families from Oakland or installation of ESPP art display in the museum for DYDO 2024
- An invitation for three other families to the de Youngsters Day Out Kickoff Toast
- Private gallery tour and studio activity led by a teaching artist for you and three other families**
- Inclusion in the Fine Arts magazine’s de Youngsters Day Out event coverage
*December 18, 2023 deadline to be included in print and digital materials.

In light of IRS guidelines, in order for FAMSF to accept payment from a donor-advised fund (DAF) or foundation, payment must be for the full value of the tickets, with a second method of payment for goods and services provided from either a personal or corporate account. The goods and services amount cannot be subtracted from the package or ticket price. Please consult with your tax advisor and/or DAF sponsor regarding rules governing any DAF or foundation distributions.
