Homeschool Field Trip: De Leon Springs Pancake Breakfast and Swimming Day! 🌿🥞👙☀️🏝️Join us for a fun homeschool field trip to De Leon Springs State Park on Tuesday, April 21!
We’ll start the morning with breakfast at the famous Old Spanish Sugar Mill Pancake House, where everyone gets to cook their own pancakes right at the table, followed by swimming and exploring the beautiful spring. (Gluten free pancakes are available!)

📍 Location: De Leon Springs State Park
⏰ Itineraryy
8:15 AM – Arrive at the park
We will meet outside the Old Spanish Sugar Mill Pancake House.
8:20 AM – Put our name in for seating
The pancake house fills up very quickly and wait times can exceed an hour by mid-morning, so arriving early is very important.
8:30–9:30 AM – Pancake breakfast
Kids (and adults) cook their own pancakes right at the table.
9:30 AM – Afternoon – Swimming and exploring
After breakfast we’ll head to the spring for swimming, relaxing and letting the kids play.

• Pool noodles or floats (optional)
💰 Park Entry
State park entry is typically about $6 per vehicle.
