Improve your ability to set boundaries and ask for what you need with DBT interpersonal skills of DEAR MAN, FAST, and GIVE. Concentric Circles of Relationship and Boundaries will be included. This is an interactive workshop with both teaching and breakout activities. This workshop is appropriate for anyone capable of planning out a conversation. Childcare is not provided but individuals 12 and older are welcome to participate. Bring a friend or family member and practice together!
