Mid-year is typically expected to bring traction, confidence, and clearer direction, but for many women founders, it instead reveals the gaps between the goals set at the beginning of the year and the realities of business today. Revenue goals may not be matching actual cash flow, visibility efforts aren’t converting consistently, and there is concern around meeting annual outcomes.
This discussion is designed for honest conversation around the operational and strategic challenges many women founders quietly navigate alone mid-year, including loss of momentum, decision fatigue, inconsistent execution, and the pressure of sustaining growth while carrying multiple responsibilities.
During this conversation we will openly and confidentially discuss real business solutions that are biblically based.
This session is catered towards founders and business owners who understand that building in isolation is not sustainable.
