Jonathan Baker • Improve I-70 KC Project Manager
Jonathan Baker is a Senior Project Manager with Clarkson Construction and has more than a decade of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, he supported the successful completion of the Buck O’Neil Bridge Project, one of the most high-profile infrastructure projects in the Kansas City region. His expertise includes construction management, project controls, contract management, material procurement, subcontract management, and client relations, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work through efficient, cost-effective project execution.
Ben Cummings • Improve I-70 KC Construction Manager
Ben Cummings has been with Radmacher Brothers since 2014 and was promoted to Vice President in 2022. He has managed more than $300 million in MoDOT projects, all delivered on time or ahead of schedule, and played a key role in the success of the I-435 South Loop Link. With prior experience both as a heavy highway contractor and a construction manager for MoDOT, Ben brings a comprehensive understanding of agency standards and expectations, applying a value-engineering mindset to every phase of project delivery.
Chad Luedke, P.E. • Design-Build Coordinator
Chad Luedke is a Professional Civil Engineer with 28 years of experience in transportation design and heavy highway construction. He serves as Design-Build Coordinator for Clarkson Construction, supporting the successful delivery of complex, award-winning design-build projects. Chad has worked on major programs including the De Soto Local Road Improvements, KDOT’s first progressive design-build project, the Buck O’Neil Bridge Project, and the Kansas City International Airport NewTerminal Project, bringing a collaborative, solutions-driven approach to project development and execution.
