DBE Reevaluation Information Session

Metro’s Diversity & Economic Opportunity Department (DEOD) invites certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to attend an informational session on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Interim Final Rule (IFR).

This session is designed to help you confidently navigate the new federal requirements. We’ll provide a clear overview of the IFR, walk through the updated Personal Narrative (PN) and Personal Net Worth (PNW) requirements, and explain what to expect during the reevaluation process. Our goal is to ensure you leave with practical guidance, clarity on documentation expectations, and a strong understanding of the steps ahead.

This session is designed for firms that were certified as DBEs prior to the October 3, 2025 IFR change and are now required to undergo reevaluation under the new rule. Information sessions for new applicants seeking DBE certification will be offered once the reevaluation phase is complete.

Firms are strongly encouraged to attend to help support a smooth and timely reevaluation process. We look forward to meeting with you!
