ITINERARY: 📍 Pick up spot: 8001 S Orange Blossom Trl Ste 1100 Ste 1100, Orlando, FL 32809 (Far Edge of the Macy's parking lot)

⏰7:30AM- Check in at bus Note: only attendees above the age of 18 will be allowed to board the bus, those suspected of being under said age can be requested to present ID for proof of age

⏰8:00AM- Depart from Florida Mall (SHARP) ⚠️ Bus will not wait

⏰Approximately 9:30AM- BUCKEE'S REST STOP -food and drinks -beach supplies -restrooms -changing -20 minute duration before departing

⏰Approximately 10:30AM- arrive at SUNSPLASH PARK -beach time all day -swim,relax, and vibe -7 minute walk from "world's most famous beach" -restaurants and bars within walking distance

⏰5:00PM- Return to bus for final check in Note: attendee should allow themselves extra time beforehand to rinse off and change into their dry clothes before returning to the bus as to not get the bus dirty

⏰5:30PM-Depart from Sunsplash Park (SHARP) ⚠️ Bus will not wait ⏰ Approximately

7:00PM- Drop off/ Return to Florida Mall 🎒 WHAT TO BRING: -beach towel -sunscreen

-cash/card (for personal purchases) -warm clothes (bus ride home may be cold)

BEACH RULES:

❌No disorderly conduct

❌No littering

❌No glass bottles or containers

❌No selling or consuming, or to possessing any unsealed or open container containing any type of alcoholic beverage

❌No brawling or fighting, or engage in such conduct as to constitute a breach of the peace or disorderly conduct ❌No Disturbing nearby wildlife Note: All attendees are expected to comply with Beach rules and regulations, event coordinator is not entitled to retrieve any violators from the hands of law enforcement or for any unlawful actions committed by attendees

⚠️ REFUND POLICY:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable If trip is cancelled refunds will be handled accordingly Note: cancellations are not intended but can be subject to occur

Additional info

-attendees should comply with rules and regulations of local businesses and or other properties visited during the trip

-attendees should comply with City laws during the trip

- all attendees are responsible for their own actions, the event coordinator holds no responsibility for attendees who are forcibly removed from properties or detained by law enforcement

Note: attendees who maybe taken into custody by law enforcement will not be retrieved by event coordinator, said attendees will be responsible for their own transportation back home if they are unable to return to the bus

- those who consume alcohol should be of legal age, and those who are of legal age should not do not distribute alcohol amongst those who are not of legal age

- physical altercations can result in a police report and violators can be arrested for assault

- attendees should be respectful others around them, establishments visited during the trip are considered "family-friendly environments" therefore attendees should conduct themselves in a appropriate manner in front of children, families or elderlies who may be present

*Any attendees who violate any of the policies above can be subject to removal from the bus (therefore will be responsible for their own transportation back home) and ceased from any future trips under the coordinator
