Your glass creation will be ready for pickup the following business day. 12noon to close. Tue-Sun. That is our GAI commitment to you. No calls and emails are necessary.

Each participant is required to have a ticket to join in any GAI hands-on session.
Please arrive10-15 minutes prior to the session.
Instructors will start no later than 5 minutes after the posted start time.
GAI staff will determine if you may join the session or if you forfeit your ticket/place in the class. If it is determined that you are too late, and you have missed the introductory safety and process demonstration, this will hinder your ability to function in the session and to keep our staff, our studio and equipment , and then you safe, GAI will not allow you to be part of the session. NO refund or carrying of your ticket value will be honored.
Check you GPS, prior to your event date. Entry is at Indy Fused Glass or at the main entry. A single man entry door to the left of Indy Fused Glass. Follow the interior signs to the GAI Studio. Factory Arts District is an old factory...the one way street is Brookside Ave. On the left is Indy Fused Glass. Free ground level parking is on the right - 1/2 way between Centerpointe Brewery and 8th Day Distillery.
If GAI decides to hold your ticket value due illness or a family emergency THIS VALUE will ONLY BE HELD FOR 4 months from EVENT DATE.

The MAIN Entry is a single man door BESIDE a business named Indy Fused Glass. You may enter through Indy Fused Glass. Please follow the signage once you enter. There is a Silver Sign above this door listing some of the businesses inside the CCIC building. There is a ground level parking lot/free to park- directly across from this door. GAI@CCIC is halfway between Centerpoint Brewery and Fowling Warehouse/8th Day Distillery, So Chatti. If you pass So Chatti, loop around the building at FACE Animal and get to where you haed north on Brookside Ave.
In this workshop our instructor/s will guide you through studio basics in safety and process and then give a demonstration on the hot glass furnace-worked piece you will be making. You will then have the opportunity to gather molten glass from a 2100-degree furnace. You will get to choose your colors and sculpt molten glass into a beautiful and unique creation of your own. Your creation will have to cool down slowly overnight and will be available to pick up a couple of days later. The studio can get hot, so please dress accordingly. T-shirts and blue jeans work well, along with closed toed shoes. No synthetic clothing!! NO leggings!! If you have a personal pair of safety glasses or prescription glasses, please bring them. Otherwise, we have some to lend out in the studio. You must be 10 years of age or older to participate.

Here at Glass Arts Indiana, Inc. we value you and your business and want to create an environment that is safe and conducive to learning, while having an enjoyable time. We acknowledge that life events out of your control will happen, so if one should arise, please notify us at your earliest opportunity.
The following are the policies regarding cancelling a reservation:
If You Have Booked Class Time Through EventBrite or GAI Studio:
-100% Refund with 7 or more days’ notice. (Refund requests for the ticket/s value will be honored-the processing fee for the ticket/s purchase will not be refunding)
- 0% refunded with 6 or fewer days’ notice.
Private Lesson -0% refunds on private bookings.
