We will move, draw, and have discussion time during the retreat. Suggested reading is Offering from the Conscious Body by Janet Adler. Participants will be working on practicing movement. Facilitators will be witnessing. We will meet for 6 hours of focused retreat time 9-12 and 1-3 Friday Friday March 6. There will be a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 12. Cost: $150 to MCSP for the retreat. If you have not done Authentic Movement with us in the past you will also need to do a 30 min interview before registration is confirmed. What to bring: Comfortable clothing, slippers, water bottle, journal, snacks, walking shoes and whatever else will make you comfortable. Facilitated by Hillary Funk Welzenbach, LCPCOut in the world I run Montana Center for Somatic Psychotherapy in Missoula, Montana. I am on the faculty for the Circles of Four Program. I have offered individual, group, and retreat work in Authentic Movement since 2006 in Missoula, MT. I have been providing individual and group supervision in trauma work and Authentic Movement since 2017. I am currently engaging deeply with the questions around the intersection of nervous system modulation and the mandorla.
